Buying here or in the app
Both work and both unlock the same thing. In-app purchase stays available and is not demoted — this is simply the way to subscribe if you are on a laptop, do not use an iPhone, or would rather pay by card.
One account either way: sign in with the same email and the subscription follows you. Life OS asks both systems and takes the more generous answer, so the two can never lock you out by disagreeing.
