Why can I not vote from this page?
Because a public vote button with no account behind it is one script away from meaningless, and a vote count that can be faked is worth less than no vote count at all. Voting is one tap inside Life OS, under Settings › Feedback, where a vote is tied to an install rather than to a page view. Adding an idea works the same way.
Does everything on here get built?
No, and the board says so rather than quietly leaving things at the bottom for ever. An idea can be marked planned, being built, or shipped. Anything that is not going to happen is taken off the board instead of sitting there implying otherwise.
